Eric Omondi Invokes The Aid Of The President On Mzee Ojwang’ Issue
Comedy has and will always be an important aspect of entertainment as a whole. To witness what Mzee Ojwang’ is going through is a sad affair. It is such a shame I must say and proof that Kenya is failing at some point.
Mzee Ojwang’ and fellow Vitimbi Crew actors were sacked from KBC and their benefits withheld. Since then, the talented Mzee has been living an improvished life despite having entertained Kenyans for over 40 years.
Eric Omondi shares the same sentiments. Eric Omondi also recognizes the fact that Mzee Ojwang’ was a pioneer of comedy and the exact inspiration to his career which has now flourished.
Mzee Ojwang’ is royalty in this country and it is sickening to see what he has gone through. Eric in his touching post directed to the president, asks the president to intervene and grant Mzee Ojwang’ aid.
